hi,

If no FDC is generated , before you ping you need to reset the channel no from both sides ( Sender channel and Receiving channel) try this out on you pre-prod server after making change on connection name.

Hi Mahes,
There are no messages started at all. which means the channels which are created afresh have been with Seq no 1 already on both sides. But anyway I dont think that creates a 2195. Channel would be retrying if we start , but we should be able to ping atleast.

Why? Resetting the sending end signals the receiving end to do the same - or am I missing something here?
