If there's WMB in use, and you're getting that reason code I'd suspect the flow is abending.

Then you need to obtain the source, or push the problem back on whoever has it.

This could easily be because there's somthing about the configuration and/or messages that's causing a problem in this instance whilst allowing it to work correctly in the other instance. The "abend" could be as simple as non-numeric data in an integer field, or the flow throwing a user coded abend in response to a busines rule.

Then you need to seek more experienced help rather than relying on a bunch of strangers on the Internet who can't actually see what you're doing. Neither WMB nor WMQ are straightforward bits of software.
