good day to everyone,
does anyone know where i can find a pm4data manual?
Our vendor support is non-existent once they let go of the product a few years back.
Thanks for any info you might share. |

Do the vendors even still exist? Or do you mean Metastorm rather than CommerceQuest?

| What i meant as vendor is 'IBM', who sold the product to us a few years back. Then all support went byebye 2 years after PM4DATA was fully implemented in our company. |

IBM were a re-seller of the CommerceQuest PM4Data product. CommerceQuest became Metastorm as Vitor said. Dunno what your support agreement with IBM was but sounds like it wasn't too clever. You could try contacting Metastorm.
