Actually both (Tibco and BizTalk) provide adaptors for IBM MQ, but not for IBM Workflow.
What kind of integration do you need?
It can be:
1. MQ PES (programm execution server), where WorkFlow sends message to MQ and Tibco or other adaptor listen on this Q.
2. PES runs some programm, which creates event in external system.
For some integration I wrote MQ to HTTP (and vice versa) adaptors. In your case it can be useful to create (for example) Tibco Http event. _________________ Best regards.

I think that the best way for you - using XML messaging.
WorkFlow <--> XML <--> MQ <--> MQ Adaptor <--> Integration Layer <--> MSCMS
1. WF activity starts and sends message to MQ
2. MQ adaptor (listener) read the message and starts some process or creates event in MCMS
3. Process finish and sends response to WF. Response will contain all information required for WF management (RC, application condition, parameters for next step etc.)
I suggest to separate WF related functionality - create some "integration layer", becouse WF XML has very specific format.
If you have some manual processing (approval etc.), you can easy integrate both systems via JSP/servlet (look at information about WF WEB Client). _________________ Best regards.
