This is as bad an idea in WMB as it is in any application.
You could generate a PCF message and enquire. But shouldn't. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Why is the business requirement written this way? What is the use that the queue depth will be put to?
You can use standard ESQL to construct a PCF message that will issue an INQUIRE QUEUE command. |

The topic of current depth has been discussed here often. Please search here to discover what current depth really means, and why using this in an application is a bad idea. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
