Hi Folks,
Installed these products in this sequence.
1. WTX Design Studio 8.3 - path C:\IBM\
2. Message Broker Toolkit v7.0.x = path C:\Program Files\IBM
The WTX plugin doesn't show in the MB toolkit.
Is there are setting i can update in the MB toolkit to search for the WTXPlug in files ?
Which are the WTX plugin files , i could just copy them over to the toolkit plugin/features directory ?
Do i have the reinstall DesignStudio ?
Thanks

Your install order is incorrect. WMB first, then WTX. Don't forget the WTX maintenance patches.
1. Message Broker Toolkit v7.0.x = path C:\Program Files\IBM
2. WTX Design Studio 8.3 - path C:\IBM\
3. WTX Maintenance
The paths dont make a difference. WTX registration during WTX install into WMB Toolkit registers the paths into Toolkit.
Installing WTX first means WMB won't get notififed that WTX is present, and hence the WTX nodes won't show up in WMB pallette. _________________ http://leanpub.com/IIB_Tips_and_Tricks

Gayatri,
So i can install the WTX integration sever
1. Design Studio
2, MB toolkit
3, Integration Server
and the WTX plugin node should show up on the toolkit. Or do i have to redo this to install in this sequence
1. MB toolkit (already installed)
2, Design Studio
3. Integration Server
Thanks

just to answer to your questions
order mentioned by lancelotlinc or the second option mentioned by you,
Don't forget the WTX maintenance patches. by lancelotlinc _________________ Regards

Just for anyone that has this issue in future, once you have applied maintenance etc if you are still getting an error try a clean restart of the toolkit
i.e. From command console go to your broker install dir and run "mb.exe -clean"
Worked for me! |

Hi Gayathri,
How did you fix the issue ?
I've installed WMB 8, WTX design studio 8.3 and WTX IS 8.4
WTX node is not visible in WMB palette.
Thanks
