Hi,
This is a two way communication and both the QMs are present on iseries platform.The sender channel is not staying in running mode and switching to retrying mode in 30-40 secs.
Could anyone please help me with the possible reasons?
I have checked the depth of XMIT and DLQ, they are o.

They are OK what? Full of messages? Empty of messages? What do the logs for each queue manager show? There are a number of things that can cause this.
EDIT: Sorry, misread that 0 as OK  The rest of it still stands however

Hi,
The issue is resolved.
Actually the mca user mentioned for the rcvr channel was not existing. After inputting the correct mca user, the channel got running.
