Get the following when invoking it. We are running MQ 6.0.2.0
on Aix 5.3.

usr/mqm/java/bin$ ./JMSAdmin

The java class is not found: com/ibm/mq/jms/admin/JMSAdmin

We they ran setjmsenv

./setjmsenv

MQ_JAVA_INSTALL_PATH is /usr/mqm/java

MQ_JAVA_DATA_PATH is /var/mqm

MQ_JAVA_LIB_PATH is /usr/mqm/java/lib

CLASSPATH is

:/usr/mqm/java/lib/com.ibm.mq.jar:/usr/mqm/java/lib/com.ibm.mqjms.jar:/usr/mqm/samp/java/base:/usr/mqm/samp/java/jms

And tried invoking ./JMSAdmin and got the same failure as below.

What is interesting is it looks like setjmsenv should hit some /opt/mqm libraries, but we have no /opt/mqm directories at all.

Is there something we need to reinstall?

You need to add a few more JMS related jars to your CLASSPATH.

You are going to need:

connector.jar
fscontext.jar
jms.jar
jta.jar
jndi.jar
providerutil.jar
rmm.jar

These should all be in the same directory as your com.ibm.mq.jar and com.ibm.mqjms.jar files.
