A guess:
1) the originating application put a message to a queue with an expiry interval, and specified exception report option
2) the message expired, and
3) the application ended, and/or
4) the reply-to-queue no longer existed, and
5) the ReportMessage became undeliveralbe, and
6) the queue manager does what it does with undeliverable messages, and
7) puts into the DLQ.

What behavior would you expect? What behavior would you like?

Thank you for the response.
In DLQH, I could see queue name as an alias queue. This queue will be used by provider to put reply message. It is reply message not a report.

Also the reason is MQRC is 2035 in DLQH.

Just curious to know. why queue manager genereated a report message and put onto DLQH with mqrc 2035.

Because MQRC 2035 was the only valid response for attempting to deliver this message.

What is MQRC 2035 again?

does that exact command string "mqrc 2035" provide any clue?

I've forgotten.

Because the user specified on the message is not authorized to put to the reply to queue. Read up about COD and COA and authorization... Have fun
