Hi everyone.
Any body knows why MQSeries creates these kind of queues ?
AMQ.3E473C26000060D2
I've found a lot (20 queues), all are empty.
Can I remove them ?
What causes the creation of these queues ?
Thanks in advance,
tatmon
PS: MQSeries is on AS/400 |

Those would be the dynamic queues that got created while you ran some application that required them.
If you think they are not required by any app, you can delete them. But if they are in use(ip/opprocs > 0) , then you cannot delete them. Of course rules apply for deletion of dynamic queues, which you can check out in the manuals.
Cheers.

Yeah, check your applications to see if they are creating permanent dynamic queues when in fact you may (depending on your particular situation) want to go with temporary dynamic queues which go away automatically... _________________ Brandon Duncan
