I am doing a conversion from vb6 to vb.net.
When i try to open the sample code of vb.net installed with wmq, I could not even run the sample?
Why is that so?
And when i try to write my own code, i could not import ibm.wmq?
Why???
Any guide on how to convert from vb6 to vb.net???
If I have two programs in vb6 and vb.net that doing same thing, izit the same??? I mean if the code flow is the same, will a vb.net program runs faster than vb6? |

There are new libraries for MQ for .NET.
So no you cannot run the same code in VB6 and VB.NET. _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

And don't PM people if you don't like the public responses, or don't think they're coming fast enough! _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Just ignore them. Only with a united effort can we keep advice in the public arena for the benefit of all. I'm assuming new people think we're a help desk with an SLA, and PMs are the escalation route for slow (or no) responses. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
