I am having a requirement where we have 2 servers. One in MQ version 7 and another MQ version 6. My job is to design an application which will work on both the versions.
I wanted to know what features/functions of MQ 7.0 I should not use in my application so that my application should run without trouble in both the servers?

Why not simply write it using the v6 features (i.e. those shown in the v6 documentaion)?

Thank you for the quick reply.
In the company we have a development team who got the training in Version 7 and not in Version 6 so I need to list out the functions/features present in Version 7 which they should not use in the code. |

I believe the documentation has a chapter / entry that describes what is new in version 7.
