Has anyone ever encountered the following error during the installation of CSD01 for Windows 2000:

"IBM Websphere MQ files are in use. Stop activity and retry. (AMQ4757)."

Before running the install, I stopped Websphere MQ Services.

After the above failed, I went into NT Services and set all IBM services to Manual start. I then restarted windows, but still got the same error during the CSD01 install.

Any help with a solution would be appreciated.

The issue has been resolved. There was a process (amqmtbrn) in Task Manager that was still running, even though MQ Services were stopped.

amqmtbrn is the Websphere MQ Task Bar... once you've stopped the services you should right-click on it and choose "Hide".
