Hi,
I am trying to search is there a way to know the MQ depth in RPGLE or CLLE programs using some set of MQ API's.
It will a great help for me if some one suggest a way out.

Well Sam, as you are a newbie, I'll have to first ask you for a justification: What do you need the queue depth for?
Typically only monitoring programs need to know the queue depth and those get it via pcf commands.

Sure,
I am working for retail project on AS/400 technology, here we are creating a monitoring utilities on RPGLE and CLLE language to monitor the high season sales information as well as Data queue and MQ depth information.
Currently i am looking for MQ commands or MQ Api's whihc i can use in my CLLE or RPGLE programs to know the current depth of MQ's.
It will be great if you can help me with this.
