Hi,
I have not have FTE installed, hence can't test this out. Does FTE agent generates partial file at the destination while the file is being transferred and generated? |

No, partial files are not seem on the destination side.

By default, FTE DOES write .part files while it is transferring, and then renames to the actual destination file when the transfer is complete.
There is an option that can be specified in the agent properties file for an agent not to use temporary files:
"doNotUseTempOutputFile By default, the agent writes to a temporary file at the destination and renames this temporary file to the required file name after the file transfer is complete."
