Sounds like an interview question to me.
Bounce is just another way of saying Stop/Start.
Commonly, "Bouncing" an execution group would be needed to
1. Update a shared variable
2. Update/Create a mqsiconfigurableservice parameter
3. DB password has been changed with the mqsichangebroker command and your flow needs to pick up the change
Just my 0.02$ |

Moving to the Broker forum...
harish_td,
If you believe it to be an interview/certification question then please do not answer it, thank you. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

Everyone who has taken a certification exam from IBM has signed a legal document that says that they will not discuss the contents of the exam.
Surely you don't want us to break the law? Or encourage others to do so?
Surely you don't believe that the certification exam should be made entirely meaningless, because all of the questions and answers are freely available and easy to find on the internet, and so anyone can pass it without actually being qualified for the job itself? |
