when the qmanager will go down wht factors are going to influence the qm to down... nd how to make the qm active...

the qmgr will go down if shut down of if there are major errors and most likely unexpected errors.

The question you ask is very common. its just like "what can make my car break down" ... and "what do i need to repair to make it working again"..... thats too common to answer. it always depends.

well, you can read all the ptf descriptions and fix descriptions and errors fixed in the readmes to get a feeling of things that can happen with mqseries.......

There are many. To find out, start checking the qmgr error logs.

It depends why it went down. For not something disastrous, strmqm works. Check MQ mannuals and infocenter to find out more.
