Here is a problem with solution I had during MQ 5.3 uninstallation:

I migrated MQ 5.2 to MQ 5.3. Then I wanted to uninstall MQ at all.
At the beginning of the MQ 5.3 uninstallation process I got lots of usr/mqm/bin/amqiclen errors.

This was caused by MQ 5.2 fileset mqm.html* and mqm.gateway* which were not removed prior to MQ 5.3 installation.
