Migrating MQ from Solaris 9 to Solaris 10

Hi

We are using MQ version 6.0.2.4 on Sun Solaris 9 version.
We have a hardware upgarde planned which included new server and new Solaris version 10

We need to migrate MQ on new server which will have Solaris 10.

Could you please help me how do we migrate MQ on solaris 10.
Are there nay guide which shows detailed steps.
What all backup prcedure I need to use or how should I proceed.

Your help is appreciated

If you're migrating WMQ from v6 to v7 on this new server then you should follow the steps given in the v7 documentation.

If all you're doing is migrating WMQ to a new host & new OS then it's a simple case of ensuring that Solaris 10 is properly configured (as per the v6 documentation) and moving the queue manager (MS03 etc).

Thanks for response.

We are migrating to same version of MQ.
Only we need to migrate all MQ objects as-is from Solaris 9 to Solaris 10

Follow WMQ infocenter for MQ installation and MS03 for migration.
