I encountered a high queue depth on SYSTEM.DEFAULT.INITIATION.QUEUE and suspected that the trigger monitor was not running (Windows 2000, SP4, MQ5.3 CSD08 (geez I hadn't realized that this dude was out of service)). I was not successful in obtaining a display of running trigger monitors. I suspect that the trigger monitor in this case is controlled by the service. What commands might be useful for researching this type of problem? I can login to this server (Remote Desktop Connection) and also run M071 and MQExplorer via MQ 7.0.1 Client. |

when a specified queue manager is started. Only one instance of a server process can be executed concurrently. While running, the status of a server process can be monitored using the MQSC command, DISPLAY SVSTATUS. |
I think that might be of some assistance. Also, the runqtrm command is a trigger monitor proc |
