channels defined btwn qm1 and qm2 are qm1.t.qm2 & qm2.t.qm1. how to know the link status

In this thread I gave you the benefit of the doubt. This time it sounds just too much like a certification or interview question.

It's also a really simplistic question that you can "ans" easily from the documentation.

This is the fourth such question i've seen in under a week.

Just tell the interviewer / exam that the only way is to wait for incident tickets to be raised. Then you need to start bouncing things randomly in the hope that it fixes the issue. This answer should get extra points for showing ingenuity as this will solve almost any issue (make sure you tell them that also).
