Hi All,
I am currently working in WMB 6.1.0.4 and WMQ 7.0.0.0,windows xp sp2.
In one of our message flows, there is a requirement of checking whether incoming date for message flow is less than current date. when current date is 14th april 2010, the CURRENT_DATE function had shown 15th may 2010, bios date of machine is correct. when there is a restart of machine, the problem was resolved and exact date was shown. May I know the reason for the abnormal behaviour of broker prior to restart of machine. What might be the possible reason?
This abnormal behavoiur happened in test environment. _________________ MQSeries terrorist |

Apart from the system date and the BIOS date, i am sure you would have also checked this.
Code: |
mqsiservice <BROKER-NAME> -t |
If you can re-produce the issue, raise a PMR. |

Please upgrade your WMQ from 7.0.0.0.
Nothing to do with your problem but there are a number of problems that could cause you problems down the line if you don't patch it.
The 7.0.1.1 refresh pack is available. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |
