Hi

Recently i have upgraded MQ5.3 to MQ6 in solaris . i want to connect the the qmanager running on solaris through my desktop running MQ6 under windows.

Solaris qmanager commndserver and listener are running.
I can see the SYSTEM.ADMIN.SVRCONN and SYSTEM.MQEXPLORER.REPLY.MODEL exists .

I try to ebanle the trace on windows exploere but no trace file generated while i try to connect the solaris explorer. it is thorwing AMQ4043 exception

There is no firewall enabled on the server.

Please help where i am missing

Try THIS. If not exactly your problem it may give some pointers.

are you running 6.0.0.0 on your windows? If so, upgrade, the explorer did not work very well with the first MQV6 version......
