Because they all started back when Pontius was a pilot? _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

The Roman Empire understood big, solid, durable architecture. Large stone temples, mighty viaducts and z/OS.

You'd find me already at the desk for that money.
I also happen to like Singapore. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Thanks to all for the interest shown ..Unfortunately its not by hour, you will be paid monthly salary as per the market standards (which is a bit low here ) |

Adverts for ice cream, cars and jobs, need to excite and engage. Some details would help, too. Keep in mind that you only get one chance to capture my interest.
Something like "we need you in beautiful Singapore! to support our ______ client (financial, medical, software developer). We are looking for n years experience to to work on x projects....

The first thing that jumped out at me was "don't come to Singapore" Use positive statements next time. "This is a wonderful opportunity to work with motivated people in a beautifyl and dynamic city!" _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Anybody old enough to have z/OS skills is likely to be too old, too tired & too cynical to be excited or engaged by anything except $$$$.
Or that could just be me.
A side issue here is that Singapore seems to have a bad name as somewhere to work. I've never understood why, it's beautiful, dynamic, etc, etc (seriously - it's very lovely) and Changi airport is really quite good as international airports go. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
