Are you allowed to share the contents of the zip, i.e. any readme's that may have been included, or a list of files fixed, or is it site-specific? Or can you give the PMR number so it can be referenced by others? _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

So it was a bug in MQ or the .NET MQ apis.
exerk, I'm sure he can't mention the PMR # as that would contain customer confidential information. But TFP64790 should be "temporary fix" 64790 or some such, and you may be able to reference that from within your own PMR - which would be the only way to get this fix for yourself. |

doesn't anyone read.......................................
I was having 'chat's with the .NET team and they looked at thetrace and code. They saw the issue and said to open up a ticket with MQ as it looked to be an MQ issue.
We, I did, without blinking an eye and REALLY pretty fast, they said it was a known issue. Gave us the download file, we replace two files and ran an executable.
So if you are using a CCDT with .NET Classes and get MQRC_CD_ERROR. you are in the area.
Thank you Jeff?????????????????????????? |

I did read. The issue I'm having is that it works on one server, but not on another, so the problem was being masked because I was looking for environmental differences etc. Trust me, I feel your pain! _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

Yes, was going slightly crazy, I did this at another client and it worked perfect. This time I kept coming back to "I did something wrong"!!
Little did I know.
BTW, We were on windows, MQ v7.0.1.1 and client ONLY was installed. From the CD |

For reference, IC67277 (not yet mirrored onto the web as still going through the system) - and it only affects 7.0.1.1 users of MQCHLLIB/MQCHLTAB or MQSERVER with .NET applications (I think...) |
