HI

we have a problem facing in production,

we have hub-spoke configuration, sometimes in some of the spokes when we ping the sender channel its not able to ping and giving 2195 AMQ4048
exceptions. after restarting queue manager and starting and stopping the channels untill the error get resolved we are doing like that

can anybody tells me why this problme is occuring.

even though we r able to ping the listener port of the destination queue manger.

what is your os and mq verision? anything in the amqerr files or any fdc generated?!?

we are using windows server version and mq using 6.0.2.4
and i dont have the fdc log generated and dont know how to generate also

qmgr generates an FDC automatically when it encounters an error at queue manager level, you cannot/do not need to generate it.
Did you check the MQ error logs? What is in there?

Please paste here the exact output of your ping command.
