Get this on AIX when trying to start MQ:
a09004w1:/var/mqm/errors> crtmqm TEST

| Sorry about that the title should have read "creating qmgr" thats the issue, unable to create qmgr w/ crtmqm command w/ the log above. |

Issue resolved, problem w/ the uid for MQM.
