Hello All,

I have the existing flow using MQ link having the below statement.

SET OutputRoot.IDOC.DD[SUB1].psgnum = '';

Everything works fine and IDOC gets created in SAP.

Now when we convert this to a BLOB data and assign it to ALE pass through in SAP request node. It throws the error
"SAPALEOutOfBound Exception : Cannot be converted to NUM type at the field PSGNUM"

The temporary fix is assigning this value to '111111'. It works.

But if someone could let me know the importance of this field and how can I resolve this issue without assigning anything.

Thanks.

Talk to your SAP team and you'll learn that you have to assign something.
That gets done for you when you serialize in the IDOC domain...

Have fun.
