WAS 5 requires MQ 5.3
But MQWF 3.3.2 is not supported with MQ 5.3
Has anybody got WF3.3.2 working with MQ5.3? Any potential problems.
Other things are:
AIX 5.1
DB2 7.2

I believe some one mentioned here or may be on IBM forum, that they were able to succesfully use MQWF 332 with MQ 5.3. But I would wait if IBM doesnt support it yet. I believe MQWF 3.4 is just ahead of us.

| I have upgraded my MQ to MQ5.3. It works fine with MQWF 3.3.2 SP2. I havent found any problem yet. |

Hi,
I have installed and I am currently working on a project which uses MQ5.3, MQWF332, WMQI21 etc. I havent faced any problem so far. There are additional properties for MQ Object but dont need to specify. Just specify those that were specified in version 5.2+. If you need any help let me know.

Unfortunately we had to take a very quick decision. We had to decide on the day I posted this message. Since nobody replied I installed MQ 5.2 with WAS 4.0.
I will try MQ 5.3 for my next install (hope MQWF 3.4 will be out by then)

Customers are kindly requested to contact our Level-2 organization to retrieve the updated db2swit file, if using UNIX as the operating system. In addition, it is strongly recommended to upgrade MQSeries 5.3 with CSD01.
If working with AIX 5.1 ML02 is a pre-requisite.
