I've attemted to bring down the QMGR but it's in "Quiescing" state. Any input would be appreciated.

I'd say you either have a hardware disc error or no space left on wherever you have the logs mounted.
Have you tried all the endmqm options? If so, follow the emergency procedure in the System Admin guide to bring it down. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Thanks for the quick reply Jeff..
I tried all the endmqm options but have not gone anywhere.. There seems to be no log space issues nor disk failures (still investigating)
I'll go ahead with the emergency procedure then and see what happens... |
