how does the NLS (National Language Support) helps me to identify the Error Details when the exception generated.

I am thinking of getting this NLS number and try to understand the Error description.

Request you to put some light on this

You mean the 'BIPnnnn' message identifiers?

You can look up the full text of the message online here: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wmbhelp/v6r1m0/topic/com.ibm.etools.mft.bipmsgs.doc/au18400_.htm
or here:

If you do it this way, you will have to work out how the inserts in the exception list fit into the message text.

I presume you're looking at a production system, and the exception list is the only diagnostic data available. Otherwise you would be better off getting the full text of the error message from a user trace, or looking in Windows Event Viewer.
