hello,
Am looking for couple of answers for WMQI architecture.
q1. Whats stored in Configuration repository and in message repository - ( both are accessed by Configuration manager)
q2. Any particual reason behind using jdbc for one odbc for another ?
Will some pl share link or document which gives an insight of these things ...

Configuration repository stores information abour your Broker domain. For example,
1. Message Flows source
2. Information about EG's and flows deployed to different EG's.
3. Brokers into this topology.
etc.
Message repository contains information related to your message sets, like all elements, their types (compound and simple), messages, etc.
