Hi,
I am trying to apply CSD 2 for MQSeries Server and Client 5.2 on Windows 2000 Terminal Server. In order to do so, I need to stop Alert Monitor fro MQSeries Service MMC, but all actions for Alert Monitor are disabled. What can I do ? CSD Setup detects, that Alert Monitor is running, and simply ends installation process. Thanks in advance for your help,

I think you can right click the MQ icon in the system tray and select Stop IBM MQSeries. This should stop all MQSeries components. If there are any left over, go to the Task Manager -> Processes and "End Process" on each one. Install the CSD and reboot. |

Another thing you could try is to Right click on the MQ Icon and hide the Icon. The Icon itself causes 2 Amq processes to be running(amqmsrvn.exe and amqmtbrn.exe) |
