I can find the IP address for the LPAR. And reviewing the START LISTENER or DISPLAY DQM commands in the log shows what ports the qmgr is listening to.

Is there any way to determine what, if any, DNSname for dynamic VIPA is pointing to those ports?

on the z/os uss environment, type hostname will shown you the dsn name.
i cant recall the name of the file ie under uss will show you vipa etc to the lpar.

Also can try on tcpip.* dataset. It may hv the information you're looking for.
