We had to migrate a queue manager which was part of 26 clusters. However the new queue manager cluster functionality stopped working.

Did you just move the qmgr or did you recreate a qmgr with the same name?

Etiquette first: no pms unless requested or you know the poster personally and the info is not for general consumption.

This still does not answer my question...
Although I guess with Windows it would be very hard to actually do a move.
A create with same name was much more likely. So:

open a runmqsc session and request cluster information:
Code:
dis clusqmgr(mynonworkingclusqmgr) qmid

If you have multiple entries you will need to follow the cluster manual trouble shooting entry on how to remove the obsolete qmgr entry from the cluster.

Have fun

As an MQ newbie, we are going to give you a bit of a break; but you need to post with more precision, more professionalism.

It is your responsibility to:

In all future posts, include platform, o/s version/release/fixpack, MQ version/release/fixpack, errors with error message numbers - as much information as you can.

In this post, for example, exactly how did you migrate your qmgrs? Exactly how did you determine that clustering functionality stopped.

Include in your original post what research you have done, where did you do this research, what manuals did you read.

When asked a direct question, reply to that question.

Since we are all volunteers, with limited time to help, you need to be more involved in this process. We alone aren't going to fix this for you.

In another other your posts you were directed to a link which helpfully covers this.
