HI,
I was able to find Java API's to create a distribution list, but no mqsc command. Do we have a mqsc command to create a distribution list?

A distribution list is a programming construct, basically an array of qnames and qmgr names, and an associated array of reason/completion codes for each queue/qmgr name.
The application MQOPENs the list, MQPUTs to the list, etc... Search for samples of dist list applications.

There is no artifact at MQ level with a physical existence called distribution list... hence no mqsc commands for that
distribution list is created/maintained at application level and has logical existence only

However namelists have been known to hold information about the queues in a distribution list.
