Hi All,

When I am trying to connect to configuration manager from the message broker toolkit I am getting BIP0915E error which describes that The Message Broker toolkit is facing an error while trying to connect the configuration manager.

Can anyone help me?

If you tell us what you've already tried to resolve it - specifically what you've already checked! Typically this error is caused by a component not running or (astonishingly) something interfering with connection.

Start by checking these. If you've not already.
