I refered some material but still didnt get clear this dought |

The biggest difference is that 6 is supported and 5.3 isn't

I'm not entirely clear what you mean.
If you are asking about supported and unsupported versions of WebSphere MQ. And what the current fix pack and refresh pack levels are then IBM's website contains the answers that you seek.

Try the V6.0 Info Centre - a little looking will help you find something, but to give you a clue, it looks like: What's new in WebSphere MQ
