Look at my tag-line...and there are few platform-specific SAG's.

Why? What do you feel will be different?
Or to put it another way, what does that there's no specific SAG for Linux when there are for some platforms tell you?

The answer to your question is yes, you can get the SAG for WebSphere MQ V6.0.

Go here: www.ibm.com/mqseries.
Click Library (on left side of screen)
Select the tab for V6
Click on Cross Platform books
Look for System Administration - this manual applies to midrange platforms (Win, UNIX - including Linux)
