Please try and construct your questions without using CAPSLOCK. It makes it very difficult to read and far less likely you will receive an answer. In forums typing in all caps is considered shouting and very rude.
Have you tried looking at the MQ log files?
Have you read the manual? Does that indicate whether or not you would expect to see a log message? _________________ Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. |

Applications receive Reason and Completion codes for each MQI call (or equivalent). For (application-oriented) Reasons like put-inhibited, get-inhibited, queue full, there is no log entry. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Unless the application writes one somewhere. |

There is a system qmgr event queue; and if all the appropriate thingies are enabled, put- get-inhibited (and other) reasons will cause an event message to be created. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Refer to the WMQ Monitoring manual for an overview of event monitoring, and the format of event messages.
You can write your own app to get the event messages. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
