Dear All,

I am working in Solaris Environment with MQ 6.0 Version. Very frequently am facing problem with the SYSTEM queues. The messages are getting stuck in SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.QUEUE,SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.RELY,SYSTEM.BROKER.CONFIG.QUEUE & SYSTEM.BROKER.CONFIG.REPLY. I have 12 brokers and all of them are attached to a single configuration manager. I cant find any errors in the logs. If i clear the queues this starts working properly.

can any one please let me know the reason for messages getting stuck in these queues ??

"This" being the broker? What are the symptoms of "it" not working properly?

Some of those queues are supposed to have messages stuck in them. It's certainly a very dubious practice to do anything to the SYSTEM objects except though the provided facilities.

You've of course checked all the usual things: channels running, database connection, etc?
