After reading the threads related to our new product, it has a lot of information in it and i would like to request to enhance the existing features.
I would have requested in the Requirements, Wishlists & Enhancement Requests - Open Forum but very few buddies visit it.

1) If any database connectivity or password change we have to stop the broker and use mqsisetdbparms which adversely affect other applications.
if something like the parameter file or an attribute from the odbc.ini file or anything which doesn't need broker bounce will be of a great idea.
2) CICS request node.
We know that we can use the JCN to make the calls (using ctgclient.jar) but if it is included as a built in node that will be really great.
Guys, please feel free to add what you really think of requesting for more functionalities that you would like to see. |

1) mqsisetdbparms no longer requires a broker restart; just mqsireload on the execution group.
2) CICSRequest isn't in v7; we'd like to get to direct CICS support (e.g. over IPIC), so help get it bumped up our to-do list by raising a requirement if it is something you'd like to see. |
