I am doing the planning for V60 to V61 migration on AIX. We will have a parallel V60 and V61 environment during the migration period.
From reading the info center, I can backup my 60 config manager and restore it to my 61 configmgr. Can some one help me with the following
1. I think by restoring my 60 configmgr to the 61 configmgr, I will be able to keep all the exsiting aclentries and no need to re-do it. AM I right?
2. I think userId and passwords set by mqsisetdbparms are under the broker's registry. Do I have to re-do all the mqsisetdbparms for my 61 broker ? If yes, is there a easier way then re-do each command?

Hi
1) Yes, ACL information will be restored as part of the mqsirestoreconfigmgr.
2) If you use mqsimigratecomponents, your broker and its configuration will remain intact, including mqsisetdbparms. Otherwise you will need to run the commands again.
