How can we monitor the messages being put into and get from any of the queue.

and

How can we know that how many messags were put and get form a queue during any specific time interval

also

can anyone tell that Tivoli OMEGAMON XE's trail or any free available ??

The content of the messages or the fact of their put/get? Or if the applications are working properly? Or if there's a failure? Or what?

There's an entire manual entitled "Monitoring MQ" that addresses these points. Start with "events" and "service interval"

No idea. Look on the Tivoli web site. I'm not aware of any free monitoring software; the complexity of such software tends to mean people look for money back for producing it.
