Hi everyone,
I started setting up scripts to use mqsicreatebar.exe to build the BAR files for the project I'm working on. i.e calling:
Code: |
mqsicreatebar -data C:\prj\workspace -b TestBuild.bar -p Proj_Flows -cleanBuild -o flow1.msgflow flow2.msgflow
|
(I have to do the -cleanBuild because the toolkit seems to be unreliable in building the BAR files, and I get random errors about missing procedures on deployment. Doing a clean build and rebuilding the bar files - without touching any code - resolves the issue. Sigh. )
Running this crashed and rebooted my computer (twice).
When I came back into the toolkit, I could no longer view my source files (ClassNotFoundExceptions) and the only thing that brought it back alive was to roll back the toolkit to 6.1.0.2 and then upgrade it again.
Before I raise a PMR with IBM, has anyone seen this before? Any workarounds or known things that cause it? I'm not the first in my company to encounter it, but I'd be interested to know whether it's specific to my company's setup or something.
Thanks
Chris |

I suggest that you raise a PMR. If you do, please mention this thread as background info - that way, if other users post useful info later on, the IBMer who deals with the PMR can read it too. |
