Testing the channel-connectivity, I came accross the following error;
09/15/09 15:46:52
AMQ9641: Remote CipherSpec error for channel 'QM_HHX'.
EXPLANATION:
The remote end of channel 'QM_HHX' has had a CipherSpec error. The
channel did not start.
ACTION:
Review the error logs on the remote system to discover the problem with the CipherSpec.
How to check whether the “CipherSpec” on our end of the channel is set? |

Start by reading the appropriate manuals...you are on post 82 and asking MQ101 type questions

WMQ Security manual is a good place to start to understand security issues. WMQ Intercommunications manual is good to understand networking concepts. WMQ Script Command Reference (MQSC) manual to understand how to create channel definitions, AND parameters that affect SSL.
