In politics, partisan literally means organized into political parties. The expression "partisan politics" usually refers to fervent, sometimes militant support of a party, cause, faction, person, or idea. Although this is typically an appellation with negative connotations.
And..A fervent, sometimes militant, supporter or proponent of a party, cause, faction, person, or idea.
So why do called as Partisan ?

.... I mean ..WHY 300+ are grouped under partisan (as Wiki tells some thing unacceptable meaning of partisan...........with negative connotations.)

If you're looking up a word, use a dictionary not a wiki.

There are an infinite number of universes, all arranged in a workload balancing cluster. Of course all the planets have the same name so it doesn't work too well.
