Have you exactly followed the steps given in
Adding a broker to a broker domain in the MB manual. ?
Especially the "Connecting components" section.
if you have not followed the steps in the correct order or missed a certain step. you could have these issues.
Also , did you by any chance delete the broker and then tried to add the broker again with the same name? _________________ Thimk |

I had a document to create the broker and deploy it, followed the same steps. I don think I have missed any step, but can u just tell me where is the section "Connecting components"?
I just wanna check against what i have created. |

Are you able to conenct to the configmgr. If yes, does your userid have the privilleges to deploy bars on to the broker.
I dont see a step where you created the ACL entries for the configmgr. |

The issue still persists, guess the broker is in trouble due to ML upgrade.
We have raised this issue with IBM.
Thanks a lot 4 all of u guys in guiding me how to proceed further n all..

The problem could be with the privileges given to the user which is trying to deploy the bar file. You can check whether the user has Administrator privilege or has been added to the admin group for the machine from where you are deploying the bar.
BTW, if you have resolve the issue by now, can you let us know what it was? |

Hi
The issue isnt resolved yet. The solution what we hav found for time being is to install a fix pack for MB so that its compatible with AIX 5.2 with ML 10.
