Two applications running on a Queumanagers are connected to 2 remote Queue managers via two Xmit Queueus. Channels are running at ful capacity. How can we increase the perfomance?

performance of what? of the channels? of the application? what is the bottleneck? what performance or throughput are you trying to archive? what is the desing of the application? what mq version, what os? what plattform? what network connection between sender and receiver? what what what...

from your current level of information, the only advice i can give is:

add more <insert your bottleneck ressource here>

so please give us some more information.......

No, they are not. The applications are connected to their 'local' queue manager in bindings mode, or, they are connected to their 'remote' queue manager via a SVRCONN channel. The queue managers are connected to each other via channels, and use XMITQ's to hold messages for the channel agents to retrieve from, and send.
