Start with the MQSeries Primer, then work through the Info Centre manuals, starting with the Quick Beginnings guide applicable to the platform you are using.
Experiment, break it, fix it, but above all, have fun!

Google would do it for you faster, and you're going to need to learn to search the Info Centre for specifics, so this is a good time to start. That said, look at my tag line, that should give you a clue of where to start looking on this page.
